Imagine a hero

Choclit is looking for short stories of up to 1,500 words in which the central theme is a hero or heroes - they don’t have to be irresistible or romantic.
The winner gets £200, publication and a tin of Cadbury Heroes. A Runner Up pockets £50 and a tin of Cadbury Heroes. The entry fee is £3 per story and the closing date is 31 August 2012. You can enter regardless of where you live, but be warned, Choclit might not be able to send you the nicest part of the prize if the nasty customs people won't allow import of chocolate in your country.
The judges are Choc Lit authors Margaret James, Sue Moorcroft and Linda Mitchelmore and the winner will be announced in National Short Story Week 12th - 18th November, 2012.
